Citizen Journalists, Entertainers, Podcasters, and Artists can gain exposure and knowledge by contributing content to North Olympic Community media. Your content will appear on Channel 21 or Channel 120 on the Astound Cable network. NOCM can also be accessed through our app “ NOCM” where apps are downloaded.
